At 8:00 a.m., Wednesday morning, April 17th, 2019, the opening ceremony of the “training and enhancing the support staff’s competence” course was taken placed at E3.2 Hall. The attendees included Mr. Le Van Tan, Ph.D. – the Vice President of Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Jin Dong Huyn – the manager of the IUH Project Management Department and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vu Ph.D. – the Director of the Consulting and Supporting Students Department, who are all the IUH representatives; a group of experts on soft-skill training involving Mr. Do Tat Thien Ph.D. and Ms. Mai My Hanh M.A. from Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy specializing in the area of communication, Ms. Dang Thu Huong, an expert on Customer Service Soft Skills as well as all the support staff from multidisciplinary Faculties and Institutions of IUH consisting of seven teachers and staff of Faculty of Foreign Languages. The course was aimed to encourage the IUH support staff’s competence in supporting students, help them build a better networking at the workplace which are all served for the AUN-QA assessment. The training course will be divided into three sessions, each will be held on April 17th, 18th, 19th respectively.
