Academic advising activity has always been considered important at the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Industrial University of Industry.
In FFL-IUH, the teachers assigned as academic advisors must be available and ready to spend time for their class and each individual student whenever they need academic (and non-academic) advice. As an academic advisor, s/he has to listen to their students, answer questions, encourage and help students plan and organize their studying activities logically so that they have better academic performance. An academic advisor also helps students choose suitable selective courses or give them advice on their future jobs. S/he is the one who also counsels, monitors and gives timely advice for those who want to speed up their studying process to shorten their graduation time.
Some images of regular advising sessions in FFL-IUH, the sessions were run by the teacher-advisors with support of the vice Dean of FFL.
